The main course we offer is an Eight Week Mindfulness Course that is based on what is known as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). We combine that with elements derived from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
We also offer courses that investigate specific aspects of mindfulness: kindness and compassion, for example, or interpersonal communication.
Our courses are suitable for anyone wanting to make real changes in their lives. They're taught in different formats and we hope you'll find a mindfulness course that suits you. Each of them asks you to do some home practice every day and each has the capacity to bring about deep and lasting benefits.
