The main course we offer is what's known as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) in combination with elements derived from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). We also offer courses that investigate specific aspects of mindfulness: kindness and compassion, for example, or inter-personal communication.
Our courses are suitable for anyone wanting to make real changes in their lives. They're taught in different formats and we hope you'll find one that suits you. Each of them asks you to do some home practice every day and each has the capacity to bring about deep and lasting benefits.
